A FiveOh4 Creolegyrl Production is the umbrella which holds under it two of the most popular Internet radio shows. Da Nawlinz Groove, which was conceived in 2004 with the hope of bringing REAL MUSIC back to the world. The show features and highlights Indie artists of various genres. The Second Show titled Spoken Rythmz is a weekly segment featuring some of the greatest songwriters, poets and spoken word artists hitting the scene today.

For the first half of my life I spent it in misery as I only contemplated failure and lack. But now that my mind has been freed from that bondage I can serve others more fully now.
Now I am in the process of spending my life in the pursuit of helping others. I now know in my heart that the more people we help in our life the more happiness and contentment and joy we will feel throughout it.
